Ist die giftigste Beziehung. Die, zwischen einem Narzissten und einem Empathen
Fälschlicherweise glaubt man oft von Empathen, sie seien ein schwaches Opfer. Trifft dies jedoch nicht ganz so zu.
Trotz ihrer Sanftheit und liebevollen fürsorglichen Art sind Empathen gleichzeitig starke und belastbare Menschen, die sehr empfänglich für Emotionen und Gefühle anderer Menschen sind. Begegnen sie irgendwann einem Narzissten, werden sie nun tatsächlich zu einem Opfer, wenn sie es nicht schaffen, sich rechtzeitig zu schützen und klare Grenzen setzen. Wobei ich als Empath empfehle, überhaupt keine Bindung zu einem Narzissten einzugehen sondern gleich das Weite zu suchen.
Ihrer Natur entsprechend möchten auch hier Empathen heilen und helfen, da sie es nicht ertragen können, wenn jemand leidet. Aufgrund ihrer besagten Natur sind sie wie geschaffen für einen Narzissten. Der Empath der heilen möchte und der Narzisst der nur nimmt und Aufmerksamkeit erhält, der sich jedoch nicht heilen lassen will.
Möchte ein Narzisst eher manipulieren, zerstören und weiter ein zufriedener Narzisst sein. Obwohl Empathen schon spüren, das diese Entscheidung schon schlecht gewählt ist, wissen sie nicht worauf sie sich genau einlassen.
Was passiert in einer Beziehung zwischen einem Narzissten und einem Empathen?
Der hiermit eingeleitete Prozess ist für den Empathen sehr schmerzvoll. Die Trans-formation zeig genau auf, wie es ist mit einem Narzissten zusammen zu sein. Gilt dies nun an dieser schmerzvollen Aufgabe zu wachsen und lange zu heilen. Ist es doch ein jeder wert, geliebt zu werden. Wird der Narzisst dem Empathen immer das Gefühl geben, dass doch die Beziehung gut funktioniert, sucht er doch tatsächlich fortlaufend an Bestätigung.
Ihrer Natur entsprechend lieben es Empathen zu lieben. Sie fühlen sich wohl, wenn der andere geheilt und versorgt ist. Fataler Weise, je mehr Liebe und Fürsorge ein Empath dem Narzissten gibt, desto mehr Macht und Kontrolle erhält dieser.
Geschickt vermittelt der Narzisst dem Empathen ein wunderbares Gefühl der Geborgenheit. Dadurch empfindet der Empath eine starke Verbindung zum Narzissten.
Kontrollmechanismen und Manipulation führen bei vielen Empathen zu Angst und Depressionen. Glaubt doch später der Empath tatsächlich, dass er den Narzissten braucht. Der Narzisst will dass er zum zentralen Mittelpunkt in der Welt des Narzissten wird.
Nutzt doch der Narzisst seine Macht und alles was er sagt oder macht, ist stets ein direkter Angriff auf die direkte persönliche Realität des Empathen. Er nimmt dir die Freude und Normalität, welche einst in deinem Leben war und führt dich an einen/seinen dunklen Ort, wo Unzulänglichkeit von Gefühlen und Wertlosigkeit deinen Alltag bestimmen, weil alles was du tust grundsätzlich falsch ist.
Der Narzisst vermittelt dem Empathen das Gefühl und je nach Beziehungssituation, dass der Empath bei allem auf den Narzissten angewiesen ist, somit hat er unentwegt die Kontrolle über den Empathen. Zusätzlich vermittelt der Narzisst dem Empathen, dass kein anderer Mensch in so lieben oder mögen werde, wie er dies tut.
Beginnt der Narzisst in einer weiteren Manipulationsrunde am Empathen, das sehr hohe Selbstzweifel entstehen mit folgenden Aussagen: „Das habe ich nie gesagt“, „Das bildest du dir alles nur ein“ und „Du bist ja selber schuld“. Sind eines der häufigsten Sätze die der Narzisst nutzt um schnell die mentale Stabilität des Empathen instabil werden zu lassen. Es folgen grosse Selbstzweifel beim Empathen.
Längst hat der Empath in dieser Beziehung die seelische Belastungsgrenze erreicht. Aus der Person von früher, wird eine andere werden. Freunde und Familie erkennen sie/ihn nicht wieder und ist auch dort eine Distanzierung und Trennung notwendig und möglich.
Während sich die Konflikte in dieser Beziehung immer mehr steigern, übernimmt der Empath immer mehr Züge des Partners an. Nachdem er realisiert hat, dass alle emotionalen Bedürfnisse niedergedrückt und unerfüllt bleiben, zeigt und sagt dies der Empath auch. Doch der Narzisst sieht diese Argumente eher als egoistisch an.
Irgendwann werden beide realisieren, dass diese Beziehung auf jeden Fall enden wird, werden doch beide danach stark darunter leiden. Sucht sich der Narzisst doch schnell ein neues Opfer und eine weitere toxische Beziehung entsteht. Ist der Empath immer noch am verarbeiten und heilen.
Wird der Empath weiter den Missbrauch des Narzissten erfahren, wirkt dieser wie Gift in Körper und Seele. Soll doch dieses Gift in jede einzelne Zelle eindringen, nur mit der Absicht, die Realität des Empathen zu zerstören.
Ist die Beziehung endlich auseinander gebrochen, fängt der Empath an, sich selbst als Problem zu sehen. Es war doch stets seine schuld und hat er in allem versagt. Die giftigen Worte des Narzissten prägen weiterhin den neuen Alltag des Empathen. Der Empath fühlt sich weiterhin als nutzlos, zudem als egoistisch.
Sollte doch der Empath etwas wichtiges erkennen: Es war nichts falsch an und mit ihm. Hat er auch in keinster Weise versagt. Er war in jedem Moment gut. Wurde ihm entsetzlich mitgespielt, da er manipuliert, benutzt, belogen und verletzt wurde, von jemandem der überhaupt kein schlechtes Gewissen hatte, einen Menschen der liebt, zu verletzen.
Wird der Empath wieder heilen, muss er nur akzeptieren, dass er beschädigt und gebrochen wurde, wie der Narzisst einst. Ist der Empath doch gewillt zu heilen. Was man vom Narzissten nicht sagen kann.
Unwissend, das der Narzisst das Unglück selbst ist, wird er seine Suche nach neuen Opfern fortführen.
Während der Empath lernt sein inneres Kind zu heilen und an dieser Erfahrung zu wachsen und erkennen kann, das er sich schützen und wieder ins Gleichgewicht bringen muss, um mit seinem neu ausgerichtetem ICH, sein Leben weiser und glücklicher gestalten kann.
