Du hast deinen „Schatz“ anders kennengelernt? War doch, so dachtest du, eine Beziehung auf Augenhöhe? Hat er es geschafft, dich mit Love-Bombing einzuwickeln? Und du liebst die ganze Zeit?
Führt er sich plötzlich auf wie ein brüllender Löwe? Du nimmst alles so hin und entschuldigst dir gegenüber sein plötzlich ungebührendes Verhalten? Wie lange möchtest du noch entschuldigen? Wie lange lässt du dies mit dir machen? Du nimmst unentwegt seelische Verletzungen in Kauf, wie erklärst du es für dich selbst?
Das was dieser brüllende Löwe im eigenen Haus macht, ist der Schrei nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit. Hast auch du diesen Wunsch danach, allerdings bist du still. Der Löwe brüllt und aufgrund seines Brüllens, erfüllt man ihm seinen Wunsch, damit er aufhört zu brüllen. Ein wunderbar kindliches Verhaltensmuster. Den Mangel an ruhiger Kommunikation besitzt er zusätzlich und die Bedürfnisse des Partners sind nebensächlich, schliesslich muss erst der Löwe versorgt werden. Brüllen oder lautes Kommunizieren weisst zu oft auf mangelnden Selbstwert hin.
Das was ein Narzisst macht, seine überzogene Selbstliebe immer aufrechtzuerhalten, ist nur in kleiner Form bei den Partnern eines Narzissten zu finden. Die Achtung auf die eigene Selbstliebe.
Kann man doch, so bitter es klingen mag, ein wenig von einem Narzissten lernen. Und dieser Weg steht einem nach dem Verlassen aus solch einer Beziehung zur Verfügung. Lernen, sein Licht nicht unter den Scheffel zu stellen und seinen Selbstwert zu steigern. Schliesslich hat man eine wundervolle Leistung vollbracht und da kann man sehr stolz auf sich sein.
