Bist du am täglichen kämpfen um dein Leben? Fühlst du dich in deiner Beziehung zu einem Soziopathen angewidert und zerbrochen?
Da Soziopathen in die Kategorie Narzissmus gehören, gehört auch hier der emotionale Missbrauch zu ihrem täglichen Sein. Ohne dies, fühlen sie sich einfach nicht wohl. Sie müssen täglich schikanieren, demütigen, erpressen und emotional misshandeln.
Ein Soziopath ist das grösste Raubtier unter den Narzissten. Wenn ein normaler Mensch, vielleicht sogar ein Empath, auf einen Soziopathen trifft, ist der Schaden im normalen menschlichen Gehirn vorprogrammiert. Der pathologische Soziopath richtet dort einen Schaden an, der nur schwer zu heilen ist. Ein Soziopath, sieht das ganz anders, sein Tag ist ein normaler Tag, ein Tag wie jeder andere, während er sekündlich sein toxisches Gift versprüht.
Normalität für den Soziopathen
Für den Soziopathen verlaufen immer wiederkehrenden Ablaufketten ab. Opfer finden, missbrauchen, sich gut fühlen, nochmals sich gut fühlen, Opfer wegwerfen, neues Opfer suchen. Als normaler Mensch lässt man sich verlieben, da Soziopathen bestimmen, ob er will, dass das Opfer sich in ihn verliebt, wenn er meint, das Opfer sei perfekt für ihn. In Wirklichkeit verliebt der normale Mensch sich nicht aus seinen Emotionen heraus, da er bereits fremdgesteuert und manipuliert ist. Auch Soziopathen gehen dem gleichen Ablauf nach wie normale Narzissten, nur sind sie weitaus gefährlicher im täglichen Leben. Das Opfer wird mit immer mehr merkwürdigen Verhaltensweisen konfrontiert und erlebt den Missbrauch tagtäglich.
Gefangen im Missbrauch
Dem Opfer wird schnell klar, das emotionaler Missbrauch stattfindet, kommt die Erkenntnis jedoch zu spät. Das Nachvollziehen, die Selbstreflexion, die Manipulation, das Gaslighting, die eigene Empathie machen das Opfer so wirr, das es die Emotionen nicht mehr einordnen kann. Da ist der Soziopath gerne behilflich, indem er die Sache noch verschlimmert.
Dies ist keine gewöhnliche Beziehung
Als normaler wundervoller Mensch, nehmen wir an, in einer harmonischen, liebevollen Beziehung gelandet zu sein. Wir tun Dinge, die man in einer normalen Beziehung macht um ein gemeinsames Leben in möglichst harmonischem Ablauf zu leben. Ein Soziopath tut dies nicht. Er zeigt schnell auf, nachdem eventuell eine Heirat oder ein Zusammenzug entstanden ist. Er steuert von Anfang an die Beziehung mit extremen Love-Bombing. Sobald eine Festigung der Beziehung stattgefunden hat, wiegen wir uns in Gewiss- und Sicherheit, alles so gewollt. Doch ihr merkwürdiges Verhalten lässt uns stolpern. Ihre unverblümte Gemeinheit, ihre plötzlich auftretenden verletzenden Worte und ihre Unempfänglichkeit lassen uns zweifeln. Versucht man auch in dieser Situation, Dinge zu übergehen, die verletzenden Worte einfach runterzuschlucken, Entschuldigungen für sich selbst zu finden oder sogar Ausreden z.B. „Er hat es ja nicht so gemeint“. Man beginnt immer mehr eine Balance zur Harmonie zu halten um das Gleichgewicht seiner Liebe in dieser Beziehung aufrechtzuerhalten. Doch hassen Narzissten/Soziopathen Harmonie, da sie ihre Partner nicht auf Augenhöhe sehen.
Als Opfer des toxischen, missbräuchlichen Zusammenseins beginnt man tagtäglich um die Harmonie zu kämpfen. Der Soziopath geht schon mehr als subtil voran, eher filigran, daher bemerkt man den Missbrauch spät und chemische Reaktionsketten beginnen in unser Seele und im Körper ihre Anfänge zu nehmen. Wir sind nun bemüht unsere Dinge in dieser Beziehung noch besser zu machen, als wir dies ohnehin schon tun, es reicht aber nicht. Der Soziopath spricht die Dinge nicht aus und wird uns zu Höchstleistungen in dieser Beziehung zwingen. Er selbst sieht dies als völlig normal, selbst ist er allerdings nicht in der Lage einen normalen Beitrag zu leisten. Er fordert in Allem! Dies macht den liebenden Menschen Schritt für Schritt kaputt und die innere Einsamkeit nimmt ihren Lauf.
Sie legen Massstäbe an
In den Anfängen schaut ein Soziopath genau hin, was sind unser Wünsche, Ziele und Träume. Was verzeihen oder tolerieren wir. Was hat uns in unserer Kindheit weh getan. Wo vertrauen wir. Sie kundschaften uns regelrecht aus, um ihre Strategie dem anzupassen. Sie testen in ihren Verhaltensweisen uns gegenüber aus, wie wir reagieren um so am effektivsten vorzugehen um uns nach ihrem Willen zu beugen und später auch zu brechen.
Freiwillig in einem Verbrechen anstelle einer Beziehung
Man könnte tatsächlich sagen, dass man einer Entführung oder eines Gekapert seins aufgesessen ist, ohne es gemerkt zu haben. Mit der Zeit stellt man fest, dass man nicht bei einem normalen Menschen gelandet ist. Als Empath ist man durchaus fähig, Emotionen anderer nachzuvollziehen, jedoch hier stösst man an seine Grenzen. Die Verhaltensweisen sind einfach nicht zu erklären. (Diesbezüglich gibt es einige Informationen im Netz). Ein Soziopath empfindet sich tatsächlich als „Gottheit“, er wurde gesandt um uns normalen Menschen zu zeigen wie „der Hase läuft“. Sie empfinden normale Menschen als komplett unfähig und wir sind geboren worden um ihnen zu dienen. Ist das nicht „grossartig?“. Und dies sagte mir einst „mein“ Soziopath. So gesehen mag es schon besonders sein mit einer „Gottheit“ verheiratet zu sein, wäre da nicht das Verhalten. Auch der Soziopath präsentiert sich der Welt auf ganz besondere Art, mag er doch so bescheiden wirken, er zeigt ein falsches Bild seiner Selbst. Der Bäcker nebenan, die Kollegen und alle anderen Mitmenschen sehen keine echte Person.
Die Balance in einer Beziehung
Sind wir doch stets bemüht im wechselseitigem Tun eine harmonische Beziehung zu führen, wenn man sich in einer normalen Beziehung befindet. Ein ausgewogenes Geben und Nehmen. Normalität die man für das eigene Wohlbefinden für ein gesundes Leben braucht. Bei einem Soziopathen ist dies anders. Harmonie ist ein Störfaktor und das Letzte was sie haben wollen. Harmonie können sie nicht, da sie keine Geber sind und Emotionen anderen gegenüber können sie auch nicht, sie können dies spielen und dies machen sie anfänglich perfekt. Harmonie und Emotionen sind Werkzeuge, welche sie am Anfang nutzen um an ihr Ziel zu kommen. Das Opfer kapern, einfangen, entführen.
Unsere eigenen Zweifel werden immer mehr
Man befindet sich inzwischen in einer Dauerschleife der Selbstreflexion. Man hinterfragt sich ständig selbst, was dazu führt, sich noch zusätzlich immer mürber zu machen. „Habe ich schuld?“, „Ist es mein Verhalten, was zu dieser Situation führte?“, „Was habe ich falsch gemacht?“. Noch mehr strengt man sich an, all die Dinge besser zu machen, um den Soziopathen glücklich zu sehen, obwohl man im Inneren spürt, dass es sein Fehler war, sein Verhalten brachte diese Situation hervor. Doch man schweigt. Das Ziel ist es, die Beziehung aufzubauen und nicht zu zerstören. Zieht man hier doch als Missbrauchsopfer an beiden Seilenden gleichzeitig. Der Verstand steht im ständigen Zweifel mit sich selbst. Ein ständiges Selbst hinterfragen findet statt.
Der Nebel im Kopf
Langsam aber sicher kommt er: Der Nebel im Kopf. Man agiert nur noch wie unter Zwang und ist den ständigen psychischen und emotionalen Verwirrungen ausgesetzt. Dieses Karussell bleibt, solange man sich in dieser Beziehung befindet und es wird noch schlimmer.
Schon lange ist man bemüht das Gespräch zu suchen, mit der Gewissheit, dass nicht man selbst die Fehler oder Verhaltensweisen an den Tag gelegt hat. Man versucht um Klärung. Hier übt man „Kritik“ und dies ist ein sogenannter „tödlicher“ Fehler. Was wir als normal erachten, ist für den Soziopathen Schwerstverletzung an seiner Person und dies muss er unbedingt unterbinden um jeden Preis. Er wird im Gespräch vom Grundthema abweichen und tausend andere Themen aus dem Hut zaubern, wo er eindeutig beweisen kann (dies können sie immer, auch wenn sie es eigentlich nicht können), dass unser Verhalten wieder einmal dazu geführt hat, dass man in solch einer Situation steckt. Zudem, ohne das man es bemerkt, geben wir dem Soziopathen Informationen über den Stand unseres seelischen Zustandes (wo steht mein Opfer jetzt, welche Massnahmen kann ich nun weiter ergreifen). Da Narzissten/Soziopathen eine „Null-Toleranzgrenze“ besitzen, ist die Narzisstische Wut vorprogrammiert. Anstelle eines normalen Gespräches mit Lösungen oder Kompromissen landet man in wüsten Beschimpfung und emotionalen Verletzungen. Sie haben Freude daran, wenn der Fragende in Tränen ausbricht und der Nebel im Kopf dichter wird, wenn das Opfer leidet, führt dies in ihnen zu hoher Glückseligkeit. Sie geniessen ihre Macht und ihren Missbrauch. Das Opfer zieht sich zurück, stellt keine Fragen mehr und versucht selbst Antworten zu finden. Es fängt an, sich in seine Rolle zu fügen, sich die Dinge schön zu reden, Ausreden zu erfinden, sich selbst zu betrügen. Der Soziopath hingegen fühlt sich immer im recht, zeigt keine Reue oder Mitgefühl. Im Gegenteil, das Opfer liegt weinend am Boden, da läuft er nochmals zu Höchstform auf in Form von Demütigungen, wüsten Beschimpfungen und emotionalem Missbrauch.
Ein Soziopath ist stets bestrebt sein Opfer in seinem Bann zu halten, emotionale Reaktionen vom Opfer ist ein Zeichen, das man immer noch „am Ball“ ist. Es ist ihnen völlig egal, welche Emotionen unseren Aufenthalt an ihrer Seite bewegen.
Landet man an einen Soziopathen der noch die Zwangskontrolle sein eigen nennt, nur um seine persönlichen Vorteile daraus zu ziehen und zeigen sie verstärkt Wut und sogar gewalttätiges Verhalten, um an die Dinge zu gelangen, die sie wollen. Es sind nicht alle Soziopathen gewalttätig, doch dies weiss man vorher nicht, da viele Soziopathen, wenn einmal erwischt, im Gefängnis landen. Ihr Potenzial ist weitaus höher eine körperliche Straftat zu begehen.
Eine zufällige Begegnung?
Ist es tatsächlich eine zufällige Verbindung, an einen Soziopathen mit Liebe verbunden zu sein? Zutiefst verliebt und das Gefühl zu haben sogar seinen Seelenpartner gefunden zu haben, hält man an diesem Glück fest. Noch lange hat man das Geheimnis des Soziopathen nicht entdeckt. Man möchte, dass dieses Märchen nie zu Ende geht, man hielt daran fest obwohl uns langsam der Boden unter den Füssen weggerissen wurde. Gedanken und Warnungen ignoriert man, weil man sich das „vorgegaukelte“ Glück (man weiss dies nicht), nicht nehmen lassen will, auch wenn es die Alarmlampen unserer Seele sind.
In normalen Alltagsgesprächen, dies wird als Opfer so empfunden, doch der Soziopath steuert dies auch bewusst, fordert der Soziopath unsere Emotionen. Es gibt keine „normale“ Alltagssituation, die nicht bewusst vom Soziopathen gesteuert wird. Ein „Normal“ gibt es nicht und dies macht eine Zukunft mit ihm jeden Tag schwerer, auch wenn er es einem vermittelt und die Zukunft plant, plant er seine Zukunft und nicht die gemeinsame. Er vermittelt seinem Opfer Sicherheit und eine langfristige Beziehung. Das Opfer hingegen hofft damit auf Besserung der Beziehung und wünscht sich nichts sehnlicher als Normalität, Harmonie und Seelenfrieden.
Als normaler, anständiger Mensch fühlen wir, wenn jemand redet, wir hören zu, das Gespräch bewegt sich in einem normalen Bereich was die Lautstärke angeht. Man bewegt sich in einem kulturellem und sozialem Rahmen, seinem Gegenüber respektvoll eine Antwort zu geben. Und hier zeigt sich schnell wie Soziopathen ihre komplette Falschheit ihres Missbrauchs zeigen. Als Naturtalent im täglichen Missbrauch zeigen sie ihrem Gesprächspartner schnell, das er nicht wertgeschätzt und respektvoll behandelt werden muss, das sie grundsätzlich keine Lust haben sich um ihren Partner zu kümmern. Eine menschliche Verbindung findet bei ihnen nicht statt.
Es ist Narzissten und Soziopathen völlig egal, welche Emotionen uns berühren und was es in uns auslöst ständig verletzt zu werden.
Narzissten und Soziopathen bringen uns im Laufe der Zeit in einen Suchtzustand und wir erleben Entzugserscheinungen, wenn man kurzzeitig voneinander getrennt ist, daher halten wir solange an der Beziehung fest, ohne selbst zu verstehen, warum wir daran festhalten. Man wird zu einem „Junkie“ und das ist nicht gelogen. Die Droge? Cortisol – was später im Gehirn zu Schäden führt. Kein Junkie geht aus einer Sucht ohne davon Schaden zu nehmen. Diese Droge wird einem im Laufe der Beziehung immer mehr verabreicht ohne bewusst um diese Droge gebeten zu haben oder sich entschieden zu haben ein Junkie zu werden. Eine biochemische Kettenreaktion beginnt im Körper und wird sich mit physischen und psychischen Erkrankungen bemerkbar machen.
Unsere Reaktionen auf ihre Handlungen zeigt auf, dass man süchtig ist. Süchtig nach ihnen, dass ist es was sie brauchen.
Zusammengefasst sieht das Ganze dann so aus:
Beschuldigen, verleugnen, verharmlosen
- Sie machen sich über uns lustig, sie ignorieren und verleugnen die Dinge die uns wichtig sind
- Sie reden uns ein, dass wir an allem die Schuld tragen
- Sie täuschen Krankheiten vor, um Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten und im Mittelpunkt zu stehen, damit sie sich nicht mit unseren Sorgen „herumplagen“ müssen.
- Sie leugnen, dass die Dinge, die für uns wichtig sind überhaupt von Bedeutung sind
- Sie setzen unsere Gefühle, Ideen, Kreativität und unsere Meinung herab und impfen uns ein, dass dies niemanden interessiert.
- Sie haben Spass daran uns zu beleidigen, wie wir den Alltag bewältigen, wir wir uns um alles kümmern oder unsere Zeit verbringen. Sie werden dich in der Bewältigung des Alltags (Kinder, Haus, Termine etc.) nicht unterstützen, es reicht, wenn sie präsent sind und dich bei deinem Tun unter Kontrolle haben.
- Sie sagen uns täglich, dass es unsere Schuld ist, dass sie so gemein zu uns sind oder das die Dinge aufgrund unseres Verhaltens schief laufen.
- Sie verharmlosen oder schüchtern uns ein, und erzwingen so, das wir leise bzw. still werden, was uns beschäftigt.
Isolation und Einschüchterung
- Sie treiben uns mit Anschreien, Beschimpfungen, Befehlen dazu an, Dinge zu tun, die wir im Grunde nicht tun möchten.
- Sie schlagen mit Türen, beschädigen oder zerstören Dinge oder werfen mit diesen nach uns.
- Allein mit ihren Blicken oder ihren Gesten machen sie einem Angst
- Sie sind zu jeder Minute unberechenbar
- Sie verherrlichen das Töten und die Gewalt. Sie besitzen oder zeigen gern Waffen oder die Fähigkeit von körperlicher Gewalt in irgendeiner Weise.
- Sie bestimmen, mit wem wir Kontakt haben dürfen
- Sie isolieren uns von unserer eigenen Familie
- In der Beziehung eine „ICH“-Existenz und im aussen ein „Wir“ erschaffen
- Sie sind neidisch und eifersüchtig auf unser Können, Freunde und Erfolg
- Sie fangen an den Partner zu mobben, Dinge zu manipulieren
- Seine Eifersucht wird benutzt um seine Kontrolle zu rechtfertigen
- Sie manipulieren, wohin wir gehen, mit wem wir gehen und wann wir Zuhause sein müssen
- Sie bestimmen über unser Finanzen
- Sie geben uns immer mehr Aufgaben um unseren Alltag zu füllen und sie besser kontrollieren können, die Dinge die wir tun, sind Dinge für sie selbst
- Sie bestimmen wann und mit wem wir rausgehen und verkneifen es sich nicht, diese Freude einem „madig“ zu machen.
- Sie spionieren und kontrollieren alles. Mit wem telefoniert man und wie lange, welches Buch gelesen wird, in den sozialen Medien, EMails.
- Sie vermeiden alles, um das man seine Familie findet oder sie sehen kann. Sie entfernen uns von ihnen.
- Freunde mit denen wir uns nicht treffen dürfen und Orte an denen wir nicht zu gehen haben
Emotionale Ablenkungen
- Sich über uns lustig machen
- Uns demütigen
- Uns Namen geben
- Uns niedermachen
- Uns ein schlechtes Gewissen einreden
- Unsere Emotionen herabsetzen oder lächerlich machen
- Uns denken lassen, verrückt zu sein
- Uns mit Dingen emotional erpressen
- Uns einfach ignorieren, um uns abzustrafen
- Sie zeigen uns, unsere Nutzlosigkeit unseres Seins auf
- In Gegenwart anderer, behandeln sie uns gut
- Sie zeigen uns auf, wenn Dinge schief laufen oder wir versagen, dass dies unsere Schuld ist
- Sie vergleichen uns mit anderen Frauen oder ehemaligen Partnern wie gut diese doch waren
Drohungen und Nötigungen
- Drohungen, uns bei Behörden anzuzeigen
- Drohungen, uns aufgrund unseres Verhaltens einweisen zu lassen
- Drohungen, Selbstmord zu begehen
- Drohen und nötigen, Anklagen gegen sie fallen zu lassen
- Sie täuschen Krankheiten vor, um uns zu kontrollieren und Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten
- Uns nötigen indem sie uns sagen, das wir etwas nur bekommen, wenn man etwas Bestimmtes tut (Sex zum Beispiel), dazu gebe ich ein Beispiel: Eine wichtige Rechnung muss bezahlt werden, ein paar neue Schuhe oder eine Winterjacke sind fällig (die Liste ist endlos) – dafür muss man mit körperlicher Liebe bezahlen – tut man dies nicht – erhält man weder die neuen Schuhe oder die Jacke, er nimmt sich einfach die körperliche Intimität und dies mit Gewalt (wie man dies nennt, brauche ich im Detail nicht erwähnen).
- Uns zu Dingen zwingen oder bezirzen, welche verwerflich oder illegal sind.
- Sie bestimmen, wann du etwas zu Essen bekommst, um dich gefügig zu machen
- Sie wollen dich in den Wahnsinn oder Suizid treiben
Finanzielle Abhängigkeit oder Überwachung
- Unser Geld ist ihr Geld. Ihr Geld bleibt ihr Geld
- Sie nehmen uns unser Geld weg
- Sie bringen uns dazu um Geld zu betteln oder körperlich dafür zu bezahlen
- Sie setzen uns auf ein Taschengeld oder wenn man finanziell vom Soziopathen abhängig ist, bestimmen sie ob wir ein Taschengeld zur Verfügung haben, meist hat man kein eigenes Geld zur Verfügung.
- Sie bestimmen über das gemeinsame Haushaltsgeld und minimieren es immer mehr, sodass ein einfacher normaler Einkauf zur Tortour wird. (Hier fordert der Soziopath im Schweigen, das Betteln und die körperliche Liebe)
- Uns kritisieren oder negativ kommentieren, wofür wir das Geld ausgeben
- Ein Geheimnis darum machen was sie verdienen
- Heimlich ein weiteres Konto eröffnen
- Uns wortlos immer wieder die Karte zum gemeinsamen Konto sperren zu lassen
- Mit narzisstischer Wut uns daran zu hindern, ein Gespräch über Geld zu führen
Seine Privilegien
- Sie sind der Herr im Haus, der König des Schlosses, der König auf der Erbse
- Sie behandeln uns und auch andere wie Diener
- Entscheidungen aller Art, treffen sie stets ohne uns – auch Entscheidungen, die uns betreffen
- Sie zeigen klar und deutlich auf, wie sich eine Frau zu verhalten hat, um uns besser kontrollieren zu können
- Die Rollen von Mann und/oder Frau sind klar definiert und zwar so, wie er es verlangt und vorgibt
Emotionale Manipulation und sexueller Missbrauch
- Uns zwingen mit ihnen Sex zu haben
- Sex als Verhandlungsinstrument zu nehmen
- Uns erniedrigen oder herabsetzen, weil wir sexuelle Intimität wollen
- Uns körperliche Intimität unter irgendeinem Vorwand verweigern
- Sie bestimmen, wann körperliche Intimität stattzufinden hat
Sie sind Zecken, pathologische Raubtiere, welche unsere Emotionen und Gefühle zu ihren Gunsten nutzen
Sie lügen immer und versuchen ihr Leben lang zu verstecken, wer sie wirklich sind. Jeder Augenblick in ihrem Leben ist eine Lüge. Sie führen alle hinters Licht. Sie sind keine echte Person und werden eines Tages einsam sein, diese Einsamkeit wird sie auffressen, wird sie isolieren, wird ihnen das zurückgeben, was sie ein Leben lang anderen Menschen angetan haben.
Aus eigener Erfahrung weiss ich, dass ein Soziopath Frauen hasst. Er lässt einen durchweg spüren, dass man nichts wert ist, sie Frauen nur als Lustobjekt nutzt, sie demütigen, bestrafen und erniedrigen muss, für ihr selbst erfahrendes Leid.
Ein Soziopath ist sehr darauf bedacht seine Handlungen so zu hinterlassen das keine Beweise vorliegen! Blessuren, körperlich ersichtliche Zeichen. Wenn doch, verweisen sie Aussenstehende auf deinen emotionalen, labilen psychischen Zustand. Zudem sind sie sehr eloquent und reden ihr Gegenüber in Grund und Boden, um auch hier die Schuld auf das Opfer abzuwälzen. Die Maske des Bösen sitzt perfekt bei ihnen. Sie wissen um die Gefahr, wenn sie sozusagen aus dem „Verkehr“ gezogen werden und dies wissen sie, da ihnen der Entzug von Zufuhr wegbrechen würde, sie ihr Spiel nicht weiterspielen können, daher bewegen sie sich mit Vorsicht im Bereich der ersichtlichen Zeichen auf zusätzlicher körperlicher Gewalt.
Sie überschreiten sämtliche Grenzen ihrer Opfer.
Zu viele Opfer schweigen!
